Artist Bio

Steve Cook was born in 1967, in Bolder CO. By the time he was eighteen he had lived in Canada, Scotland and England. He has always had a strong interest in The Arts, folklore and in Fantasy writing. After a dismal attempt at art school (studio and design), he went to work in printing.

An on the job injury sent him back to school for Anthropology and eventually led to a job (and his wife) as a curator of Native American art. The birth of his first son in 1999 inspired him to take up drawing and painting again, and he is currently re-building his portfolio. Steve specializes in historical and fantasy subjects and has garnered publication in several online magazines.
