    Blue Boxing in ESS
    ------------------
     Believe it or not, you can successfully blue box in ESS, without
    getting caught, see when they developed Cross Bar, one of there
    first ideas was to stop, not catch, but stop blue boxing, see
    if you stop it, it ended, but catching them dosen't end it, there
    are no such 2600 Fraud detectors in ESS, according to the ESS
    software manuals and coppies of crossbar manuals, it states that
    there is an addition to ESS that allows them to detect the 2600,
    but you do not get a 'Knock on your door the next day', it will
    write that 2600+KP was entered on Such and Such a line, but if KP
    is not entered after, it throws it out, most people think, that
    the only way to box in ESS is with a PBX in SxS, no, see , when
    the made CrossBar they fixxed the bugs, such as boxing allience,
    you can't, or at least not as easily. You can't call your favorite
    1-800 and blow 2600 and get a wink and box, but you can use dir
    assistence, but things have gotten harder. But as I always say,
    That shall not stop a true phreak. At&t has made blue boxing a
    boring task, it is too easy, see in the 60's it was big because
    it was the only form of Toll Fraud, but now any 5 year old can be
    taught to type Ph to run phack. But most people have lost the true
    idea of a phreak, to explore, not just get free phone calls, and
    trade k-Kool warez, but to explore and learn more and more, so
    that's were blue boxing comes in. Ok, so you call your favorite
    thing to box off of (xxx-555-1212, PBX, Divertor, etc), then 2600,
    then Kp+whatever(MF)+St, see ESS with attempt to stop you, once and
    awhile it will get lucky and stop you, but their software is pretty
    buggy, to call Allience you have to Dial Kp+   Classified      +St
    then dial Kp+  Classified  +St for the person to bill too, a good
    way to fuck someone over. So I hope that clears up some of the
    many myths of ESS and Blue boxing.

    The Myths of Boxing in ESS
    --------------------------
     Myth - All ESS have 2600 Detectors ?
    Truth - No, they have detectors that detect the 2600, then the Kp,
    and try to stop it.

     Myth - Verifacation possible? Yes, no, Maybe?
    Truth - Yes, but it now requires a 7 digit routing code, and also
    you can only stay on for 10 seconds, and every 5 of those 10, it puts
    a 504 hrtz tone over the line. Not very useful.

     Myth - You can box Allience Teleconfrencing ?
    Truth - Yes, but not by the normal sequence, see if you box allience,
    it gets confused on who to bill, so it says all Circuts are Busy.
